I have three register with a mathematical result (8+8+8= 24 bits) I want to sent out this result using PWM. How this should be done using PIC16F628 ?.

Just use the highest ten bits, you can't output a 24 bit value through a ten bit PWM.

Depending what you're trying to do, the highest 8 bits might be enough (better than 0.5% resolution), 10 bits gives you 0.1% resolution.
