hi there
completely new to pics and looking at building an icd2 clone. not sure if i'm missing something here, but how do you program the programmer pic?

You've probably figured it out by now, but you need a preprogrammed PIC to build either the ICD clone or the PicKit clone.

Figured the easiest way was to buy a ready made programmer. Now building the boards for the tutorials and testing them. Then we'll work out how they work!
