i had built the programmer and trying to program 16f84A with Picxie2 .hex.When in program mode,the leds blink but i got this error massage'Program Verify Error Massage at program address 0x000'
My hardware setting
Fuse-Watch dog. Vdd-D2-invert-on. Vpp-D3-invert-on. Vpp40-D4-invert-on. Mclr-d5-invert-on. Output-D0-invert-low. clock-D1-invert-low Inpot-Ack-invert-low. Prog.Delay--5. Vpp.Delay-5
Port-$378.

Computer System.

Pantium 4(1.8g) Win.XP
