Hello
i got a difficulty starting on the codes to control the triac for lamp dimming...the hardware was done and and all the pins were connected (gpo0=triac, gp4=sync, gp5=switch)...the output is ok only that i could not start to dim...
any suggestions?!! thanxxxxxxxxxxxx... |

Hi, are you using some sort of a zero crossing detector? Thatīs the only way that I could make a dimmer br controled by a PIC 12F629

| yes and it is connected on gp4, i understand that i have to trigger the triac at a certain point, but i dont know how to generate the code? i saw some similar programs but is too complicated for me to understand and they are using some table.. could you help me with the code? just a simple dimming..thnnxxxx:-) |
