Hi, I'm going mad trying to work out what I have missed. I have a 16f818 flashing an LED ok using an external 4meg resonator but I can't get it to work with the internal one.
I have set the OSCCON to 01100000 is there anything else ?

Thanks, Terry

I assume you've set the configuration word (bits 4,1&0) to select the internal oscillator Question
See page 90 of:

You may have something here, I have only set it in the programmer. I find that section hard to follow, how should I do it ?

Thanks, Terry
